Absolutely not. We were interested in a lovely rental. When we were doing walk through Jacek was on his phone entire time and had us to walk.through alone, didnt tell us mich sbout the plave or area however despite his actions we loved the place and wanted to apply for approval. Asked Jacek how long process is, he answered "a few days" we also asked him after we are approved when can we move in he then answered "immediately" so that night we sent in all papers he needed (credit, background, applications (50.00) pay stubs....after he received the money it was like pulled his teeth to get him to message us back about the rental for 3 weeks we still have no answers and home is still listed. Jacek strug us along telling us "tomorrow ill have an answer" "im waiting on owner" "ill have an answer tonight" 3 weeks later we are still waiting...he ignored emails & text messages. We just wanted to know updates and he never could inform us. He was wonderful until the 50.00 was paid.
