Alex, Thank you for helping us buy our new house and sell our old house. I appreciate the extra efforts you went to on both sides to ensure that the process flowed smoothly. From helping us find contractors to get the old house prepared for showing to arranging services and financing for the new house, my administration was minimized, and I'm sure things happened more quickly as a result. Additionally, your personal touches and thoughtfulness towards my entire family is very much appreciated. I learned a lot throughout the process. I learned that for every house there is a price at which it will sell. That price is independent of what the seller WANTS. I'm sure it's extremely difficult to play psychologist to all your clients, but artful education and a reminder that supply and demand never fail would be my recommended area of emphasis during these tough times in particular. We recently found a perfect house thanks to Alex. We were looking for a while and during the search time Alex was very knowledgeble of the neighborhoods and gave us many advices about the houses we looked into. He was always available or he would call me back right away when I needed him. He was very responsible in finding us a perfect house. For example, when we went to see a house he would go and ask the neighbor all kind of questions to have a better idea about that home and the neighborhood. I just always felt like he cared about our preferences and requests and never tried to sell us the house just to get his money. Alex used to say "You don't like this house, that's Ok, we will get the perfect one for you." I like that he cared about us and never tried to push us. We will definitely use his service in the future and we highly recommend Alex in search for a perfect home buying.
