We recently found a perfect house thanks to Alex. We were looking for a while and during the search time Alex was very knowledgeble of the neighborhoods and gave us many advices about the houses we looked into. He was always available or he would call me back right away when I needed him. He was very responsible in finding us a perfect house. For example, when we went to see a house he would go and ask the neighbor all kind of questions to have a better idea about that home and the neighborhood. I just always felt like he cared about our preferences and requests and never tried to sell us the house just to get his money. Alex used to say "You don't like this house, that's Ok, we will get the perfect one for you." I like that he cared about us and never tried to push us. We will definitely use his service in the future and we highly recommend Alex in search for a perfect home buying.

I learned that for every house there is a price at which it will sell. That price is independent of what the seller WANTS.
