Marieke has a way of making you feel at ease, never rushed or pressured, and that she is happy to take all the time needed to find the right property for you. She's easy to get a hold of and good about responding to questions (which we had a lot of!) in a timely manner. She showed us at least a dozen different homes - some several times - and was always willing to go the extra mile whether it was checking into barking dogs next door to one of the places we looked at to getting estimates from a contractor on upgrading a bathroom in a different home. After seeing many homes that weren't quite right for us, she found a beautiful property that had yet to hit the market and managed to get us a showing of it. We immediately fell in love with it and knew it was the place for us! We wouldn't have even had a chance to see this property had it not been for her understanding of what we were looking for, willingness to get us the chance to see it, and immense knowledge of the local market. She's very much a people person and you can tell she is genuinely passionate about wanting to help you find the ideal property. She takes care of everything from start to finish and will always be my go-to realtor for any buying or selling needs I have in the future.
