We were in the position of having to sell our Uptown home from out of state and decided to work with Danny due to his expertise with older homes in the area. Danny did a great job of assessing our property, determining what needed to be changed to make it saleable and carefully adjusting the price accordingly. The market was challenging during our sale and Danny kept a positive and confident perspective over a 6 month period, assuring us that it was about finding the right buyer rather than lowering the price. His confidence and our patience paid off with a sale (in the dead of winter) at a very fair price. Danny did a great job of proactively communicating with us throughout the process and recommending and sometimes finding support help (plumbers, lawn help, etc.) along the way, which was very helpful to us as remote sellers.
