When we first started looking for a new home, we were adamant about no split levels and no houses older than 5 to 10 years. After a few weeks with no luck, it was at the recommendation of kirk and his intimate knowledge of the local area, that we look at older Homes as a point of reference. One house in particular, a 30 year old, split level home, was the embodiment of everything we did not want. We were very very skeptical. However 10 seconds after walking into the front door, we knew we were home. Kirk duckwalls knowledge and expertise in the local market, his ability to listen and hear what a buyer really wants and help them understand its more about what they need was paramount in as finding the right home. having clothes in a new home this week, we are very happy to say that we never thought we'd be so happy with a 30 year old split level. if it wasn't for kirk, we wouldn't have found the perfect home.
