By all means, if you need assistance or help in selling a lot, a home, or a piece of real estate, call Wendy DeSalve. I have had a for sale at Treasure Lake, off and on, for years. I have never been able to sell it. I even had it listed with another realtor several years ago and never even received one call about it. However, just by a seeing an Ad in the Tri-county newspaper for Brightstone Reality, I reached out to Wendy and the rest has been history! Within a few days, Wendy had gone to see my lot; she talked with the company who had originally surveyed the lot; she advertised this lot for sale; and she kept me in the loop at every turn. In a million years, I never thought that finally, I was going to have this lot actually purchased from someone! And for sure, within about a month's time, Wendy had the lot sold to an excited couple, willing to pay a price higher than I ever dreamed possible! It was such a great surprise to me and I am truly grateful that I ever even met Wendy! We have spoken on the phone, texted and met in person. In all venues, I can attest to the fact that Wendy is knowledgeable, genuine, real, honest, personable and a true agent for both the seller and the buyer.
