When we first started looking for our future Retirement Home we had been checking the Fox Valley area with a local realtor, but not finding what we liked. We saw a listing advertised in Forest Junction, staying loyal to our current Realtor we asked our Fox Valley Realtor to show us the property and she said; "She Did Not go that far out of the Valley".So as a former Realtor I called the listing agent for the property "Cheryl Plitt". She was happy to meet us at the property at our earliest convenience; we saw it the next day and loved the property. Cheryl let us review the home several times and helped us with an offer to the bank as it was a foreclosure. The Bank did not accept our offer and we moved on to look with Cheryl for other properties sometimes letting us review and compare the same properties multiple times. Cheryl was willing to show us properties in any location and listened to what we said we wanted in our future home. Cheryl worked with us over the next year showing several homes until we found our perfect Retirement home. I would highly recommend Cheryl. We found her pleasant, easy to work with and knowledgeable.
