We could not have asked for a better experience! This was our home. From the start, Lauren was very responsive and had quick follow-through. When we contacted her about touring the home, it was scheduled within a day. She had done all her research regarding the house, neighborhood, and other properties that sold in the area. We toured the house on a Saturday afternoon, and she already had answers to any pending questions by the end of the weekend. She helped us throughout the negotiation to land a price at which we felt comfortable and made the home inspection process easy. She kept us informed about the process from start to finish. She showed up to the house inspection early and helped me ask important questions. She was always readily available to answer all of our questions, big or small. She even drove to the house right away before we closed to measure the spaces for the appliances when we mentioned we were shopping and checking the prices that day. Since the closing, she has continually followed up to see how to how we are doing and if we need anything. She even shared some decoration ideas when we asked her for advice.
