When we moved in, We had no hot water for 3 days, we still have no functioning heat for almost 2 weeks now, they accused me of lying, of not reporting the problems, of not answering their calls, all while ignoring my desperate and multiple calls for help. I am using a space heater to avoid freezing!!!! Then, they send workers to my home yesterday without coordinating with us that someone could be home, so when i noticed the email they sent yesterday giving me almost no notice that workers were going to be at my house i had to rush home from work yesterday with them texting me about how long i was going tto be the entire 30 minute drive to let them in for what i thought was to fix a leaky faucet and look at the fact that they painted all the windows shut, and when i get here, they are under the impression that i am aware that they are here to paint the trim in the house and that ive moved all my stuff to the middle of the floor for them to paint. They claimed that they only had 3 days notice that i was moving in and they informed the owner they wouldnt have time to get the trim done. Meanwhile, bickel knew for over a week that i was moving in, they even made me wait a week so the work could get done!!! They begged me to let them move my stuff and paint yesterday, but i had an appointment and was forced to kick them out, so thanks for making me be a jerk to your allegedly licensed bonded professionals who basiclly did an incomplete smash job here where they painted over door hinges that is now peeling off, missed whole sections of paint, smoked cigarettes in my home, and painted every single window in my home shut, creating a fire safety violation!!!
