We bought our condo in August 2015. We live in Miami and were attempting to set up appointments remotely. We contacted several real estate agents in Breckenridge (one of whom did not even bother to return phone calls or emails). Pete even though he was out of town, he took the time to respond to our email and we made plans to set up appointments. We conveyed our wish list including our price point to Pete. When we rolled in to town, we only had 1 day to view properties, so our time was limited. We ending up finding a property that "needed a lot of work". We agreed to put in an offer. We left town the next day to continue on our road trip. Pete kept us up to date during the entire process and responded to texts and emails promptly. He listened to our concerns. We ended up with a condo that we completely renovated and now have a place to call home while in Colorado! We were extremely pleased with the process and our experience with Pete and we plan to use him again when we purchase our next property in Breckenridge.
