We have bought homes in four different states, and Michael is, hands down, the best realtor who has represented us. We closed on our home in August, 2016 after starting our house search in June. We found Michael to be quick to respond, highly knowledgeable about the area, advised us on future development or construction plans in the areas we were considering, pointed out possible problems with homes we looked at, and connected us with high calibre specialist inspectors when we needed them. And, he made it clear that once we moved in, if we needed help in finding painters, contractors, etc. that he would be happy to refer us. For a homeowner in a new area, that's priceless! Plus, he's fun to be around and has a great sense of humor. We wouldn't hesitate to use him again, or to refer him to our friends and neighbors.
