Jurgen Bushi is AMAZING!!! I have worked with a number of realtors, but Jurgen Bushi really goes above and beyond for his clients. We met and started working with Jurgen a year ago when we were looking for a new home. Jurgen learned quickly what we were looking for and our price range. We couldn't find what we wanted. This year we asked Jurgen to be our realtor. We found a new home in Santee built by D.R.Horton. Jurgen really did a lot of work and spent a lot of time advertising our home; listings, signs and open house. We finally found a buyer. It took some time but Jurgen stayed on top of it. He also coordinated with her realtor and kept us informed as well. Jurgen knew some D.R Horton people and worked very hard to keep the process afloat. We finally got papers signed and moving day came. Jurgen stopped by to see how we were doing and changed into old clothes, ready to help. My husband then left for Santee with a fully loaded U-haul. When my movers showed up 7-1/2 hours late, Jurgen started to help load the truck. At that moment the BUYER'S movers showed up. PURE CHAOS!!! Now Jurgen was helping me with last-minute packing, helping pack my moving truck, helping unpack HER moving truck AND helping me load my pickup truck with bedding, clothes and dog's beds. I have NEVER had someone work that hard for me except my big brother who passed. Jurgen Bushi is an incredible human being and is a credit to himself, his personality, his knowledge, his ethics, his job and a credit to the company he represents. We love him for ALL he has done for us. If there was more than a five star rating, he would get it. Thank you Jurgen Bushi!!! Steven and Lois Roberts.

Jurgen is nothing short of amazing. He was genuinely interested in the type of property I needed and worked to find things that fit my likes, dislikes and BUDGET. He is extremely knowledgeable about remodeling and things to be mindful of when looking at any property for the first time. He was able to see property details related to quality of workmanship and materials. He noted maintenance issues and looked at the HVAC, flooring, roof etc, to note age and issues that may arise in the near future. He was equally quick to complement quality work, details and general care and maintenance of properties. He responded to my multiple texts and property inquiries and checked on details prior to spending time seeing them. He is easy to talk to, encouraging and has no agenda other than finding a property to meet the customer's need. He negotiated with owners on occasion and presented ideas to me. He is a gem... and I felt very blessed to have had him working with me. I found a rental that suits my needs and he walked me through the process/ steps needed to stay on top of things. He has continued to check on my progress completing the final details. I could go on, but I will end by saying I will absolutely contact him when I decide to purchase or relocate.

Where do I begin! It has been an absolute pleasure working with Jurgen and Richter & Co. Jurgen was available whenever I had questions, and these were quite frequent as a first-time home buyer. I was not the easiest client to work with as I was very particular with finding my forever home. Jurgen made finding a home easy... yes, easy! Any concerns I had or doubts Jurgen either guided me through them or suggested we wait for my home if he noticed hesitations. The guidance and professionalism provided by this team was why I chose to work with Richter & Co. You cannot buy this type of support, Richter & Co speaks volume in the best way possible. After a few offer attempts I am extremely satisfied with the service Jurgen and Richter & Co have provided me.
