First, call our agent Craig McGuire and get him on your side now!! A bit about us. When a job opportunity came up in the Austin area, my husband and I were excited about the prospect of living somewhere new and start thinking about finally being able to buy our first home. We arrived, car packed to the roof, optimistic about our new future. Within a few days, we started driving around, wandering neighborhoods, mapping out homes for sale cuz thats what youre supposed to do. Well, then what happens when you want to see the home? Take a tour? Make an offer? Buy it? Who do we call? How do we get an agent? We already had a thousand questions and no one to answer them. (We never bought real estate before so we were beyond clueless). Our excitement started to turn to dread. Thankfully a friend that lived in Austin heard our cries for help and referred us to Craig McGuire. We cant thank him enough and we cant recommend him highly enough. He immediately answered our thousand questions and got to work finding out our likes/dislikes/preferences, scheduled COVID safe showings, went all over town for us, worked on the weekends, you name it, he did it. Whatever, whenever, Craig got it done for us! Funny, as I logged on and was reading other reviews, I noticed Craig had other clients. I barely noticed. He called, texted, emailed like we were his most important and best clients keeping us up to speed on everything and always in the know. That is service that is rare these days. We found the perfect house for us and we couldnt have done it (or kept our sanity) if not for Craig McGuire! Our excitement and optimism restored in our beautiful new home could not have been achieved by anyone else. Thanks Craig!
