Brooke is an amazing, down to earth, very knowledgable and skilled realtor. My boyfriend and I now live in a lovely home with our two dogs, all thanks to Brooke's efforts. We had the goal to purchase a home as soon as our previous living situation wasn't suitable for us anymore. That date came sooner than we thought! Brooke showed us the first house we looked at, which we loved so much, but ended up being too late to put an offer on. As first time home buyers, there were several steps we needed to complete to begin making offers, and Brooke helped us every step of the way. She recommended us to trusted lenders who helped move the process along quickly. I highly recommend Will if you're looking to buy or sell, and you want someone to look out for you, not just fill out lengthy paperwork. I am so glad I chose Will. My first prospective buyer and their lender made me want to pull my hair out. Will always kept her cool and was very diplomatic. He was able to represent exactly what I wanted, while dealing with the other party. After they were out of the picture (their own fault) I had another prospective buyer within a week, and closed soon after. I should add that I was really attached to the place I sold, and am really grateful for how sensitive Will was to my situation. Every step of the way felt right, with his experience guiding me through the process. I have a few friends that are realtors, but I wanted someone more experience, like Will, representing me.
