Jenifer Lower is the ultimate go-to lady when it comes to All-Things-Bozeman! She was a contractor at one time, so she is in-the-know with tried & true people I will hire to help make our new home our own. She has a genuine personal flair you will not commonly find and her patience with every question at every turn is immeasureable. Jenifer also provided a gorgeous short-term rental until we could find the home we were looking for in Bozeman. She is an attention-to-detail listener--she not once showed us a home that she thought we might like... every listing had features we were looking for... MOST of the features, not just a couple. Jenifer never pressured us, either. We found her after a realtor we had been referred to tried the tactic of telling us there were going to be other bidders, the NEXT day, on a home we showed interest in... we walked away from that nonsense. We will be closing soon, but the relationship wont end... we plan to continue in a long and happy friendship! Kudos, Jenifer!! You are second to NONE!!

Jenifer helped me and my daughter & son-in-law find the perfect Montana home in a tricky circumstance. Relocating from Denver, my listing agent there found her and connected us. We werent sure what we wanted (one home vs two, Bozeman or outlying and were saddled with contingencies: new job coming through for my daughter, two homes to sell in Denver, unknown relo timeframe. She quickly helped us narrow the choice to Livingston, worked with us to determine that we could buy a single, large property and build a guest house. She advised on guest house feasibility, put us in touch with a contractor, showed us a similar setup/situation as reference. Then she found a wonderful home and followed through with negotiations with the owner/realtor over the months of working through all the contingencies, including getting septic re-write for the guest house. She and her team made what could have been a very tough process very easy in the end. Jen can think creatively and go beyond the typical real estate scenario to meet challenges and deliver. Im sure everyone on all sides of the transaction are pleased.
