I had kept my eye on the Woodbrook development for quite sometime. Properties were being purchased left and right starting in March - Mark called that it was time to pull the trigger. We missed another unit by 24 hours, but the unit we purchased actually has a better lay-out (and more sunlight) than the one I thought I had "lost." Mark gave his honest opinion of the property, and the current red-hot market. We agreed to offer "asking price," as the owners could have sold it quickly. and, for the last 7 months, no other townhouses have come into the market.We are very happy with Mark, and the property. Mark is a New England transplant with 28 years of familiarity with Montana. He also displayed that familiar "sayin' like it is," and, I am also a "give me the truth" type of person. It was the quickest purchase of our lives, but we are very happy about the home. Mark also, knew exactly what we were looking for, and he did not show us anything that did not fit the criteria as price was less of an issue than the type of home and its location in town.We are glad we can walk to the football stadium and my husband, a former Southwest Conference champion from Texas, wants to try to get involved with the program. And, his 40+ year career with espn, may hopefully, contribute, as he has analyzed thousands of games. Having golf nearby, as well as the trails, downtown fun, just made it a sweet deal.
