My husband and I partnered with Boulder Bay Realty to sell our home, and we are so grateful that we did. Our realtor was Brandon Long, and he was absolutely wonderful to work with. The first thing Brandon did was to make sure he fully understood our needs and expectations. Brandon also to went over a thorough market analysis with us of homes recently sold in and around our neighborhood so that together, we could agree on what we felt was an effective strategy for selling our home. Next, Brandon brought in his team to look at our home and to make suggestions as to what we could do to stage the home and to make affordable improvements so that the home would look its best when potential buyers viewed it. During the time that our home was on the market, Brandon made himself completely available to us to answer our questions and to provide quick feedback after showings. When offers came in, Brandon gave us solid advice for how to respond to each offer while simultaneously listening carefully to our perspectives and allowing us complete autonomy in the decision-making process. Once we had accepted an offer, Angie at Boulder Bay Realty stepped in and was in almost daily contact with us, providing us with updates, answering any questions we had, scheduling inspections, and guiding us through every step of the way to closing. At closing, our realtor, Brandon, was present with us at the table, and afterwards, he presented us with a lovely gift, a Christmas ornament on which a beautiful painting had been rendered of the home we had just sold. With the help and support of the entire staff at Boulder Bay Realty, the process of selling our home was smooth, painless, and efficient.
