Dan and Debbie Boone helped me purchase my very first home. They showed me many homes in my area at a time that worked for me. We made offers on several and seemed to keep running into different issues along the way with sellers and properties not really being exactly what I wanted. The Boones were persistent and kept working diligently even though I felt as though I was sometimes being difficult. They found me a great home for an excellent price and we even closed ahead of schedule with plenty of time to spare before the deadline I had given them at the beginning. Debbie always responded to my emails and phone calls promptly no matter what they were about. Dan showed me many homes and was always knowledgeable about the property and was able to answer all my questions with clarity. The Boones were always professional and very accomodating to me. I met Dan and Debbie Boone 10 years ago when I purchased my home in Burke County, NC. I was living about 5 hours from my new purchase and they made the purchase and closing very simple . We decided to sell our home March of 2017 and called Dan and Debbie Boone to list my home. Debbie came out and was up front and honest and told me what we could list our home at and things we should do to help sell it faster. She took photos, put signs out in our yard , had a pre-recorded 1-800 number about our property and listed online at real estate sites. She was spot on and needless to say we had an offer on the table exactly 1 week. They are positive people and are go getters. I would strongly recommend Dan and Debbie Boone if you are wanting to sell or looking to buy property. You want find a better Real Estate Professional Team to go to bat for you.
