Joe is truly a great realtor. The property was a tough sell because it was an estate sale and Joe really provided both great service and advice.This was the first time I had ever sold a house and Joe walked me through all of the ins and outs without any confusing language. Joe explained exactly what needed to get done and some of the simple techniques to help sell the home. When we needed to fix a few items around the house to increase the value, Joe was there with a handyman to make sure the repair was done right. That is customer service!When it came time for negotiations, Joe was in constant contact working through the details to ensure that we did not lose the bidder. He worked hard to get me the best deal and was amazing at fighting for my side.Finally, Joe cares. This is something that makes a big difference. Joe, knows that his name is on the line and takes pride in his work.
