I met Joe Tosco in February 2010 as the Listing Agent for a property I was interested in. I was interested in taking advantage of $8,000 first-time home buyer's credit but hadn't found an agent of my own. I explained my situation to Joe and even though the initial property wasn't for me he expressed his interest to serve as my agent and the very next day offered me choices of other homes in the area that he thought would fit my needs. Within a month he had negotiated a great deal for me and I was in his office signing the closing documents. The day we moved in he brought pizza and beer for me and everyone helping me and has kept in touch ever since.Not only is he an incredible person but he is excellent at what he does and treats his profession like a art.I would recommend him and his team to anyone.
