Kevin Brennan is a consummate professional. From Day One, he provided me with everything I would want in an agent: he listened to me, he made himself available to answer questions and he made it clear that I was a priority to him and that he would do everything within his power to help me in my house hunt. During the house search process, he not only took me through homes that he felt were appropriate matches, but he took me to the houses that I found on Zillow - even though he knew they were not right for me but he knew I "had a good feeling" about them and really wanted to see them. In other words, he took the time to show me the houses so that when we did find the right house, I wouldn't have any doubts. (Looking back, I have to laugh at myself for some of my picks!) Additionally, he assisted me in the selection of a credible home inspector and then really helped me to weigh the financial considerations of the inspector's findings. Truly, his knowledge shone through at this juncture! Finally, at closing, Kevin took the time to come to my house the night before the closing to walk me through all of the documents that would be presented to me at closing (page-by-page!). Kevin wanted me to be comfortable at the closing; no surprises and no nerves. I was blown away at this gesture. Kevin even filed the necessary paperwork with the city once we had closed. If you are looking for someone who is a true professional, someone who knows the Grosse Pointe's and surrounding area extremely well, someone who knows the ins-and-outs of real estate, then you really need to work with Kevin Brennan! He will not disappoint!
