I would like to start by saying without Kevin this process would not have gotten done. Kevin was very attentive from beginning to end. We started the process before the Covid started and when everything started to shut down Kevin reassured me once things open up he will get us in a house. He kept his word. Kevin was punctual, and made sure I was well informed as to what I needed while seeing a house. He made sure I didnt have to think about anything other than do I like the house and if I would like to see other houses. Kevin made sure he knew the answer to the questions about the house and/or paperwork before I asked them and it was rare that I needed to ask anything. He listened to my wants and needs in a house I never had to repeat myself. The end of the process was no different Kevin always came well prepared and went over every document before I had to sign anything which made the process 100% less stressful. There were bump through this process but Kevin made the bumps feel like tiny pebbles. Thank you so much for helping me get my kids a house they can call home. Thank you for going above and beyond to make sure things got done.

Kevin was a great realtor and a wonderful asset from start to finish. As first-time home buyers, we appreciated his thorough and informed walk-through of the home buying process and the realtor-client relationship, both legally and practically.In looking at houses, Kevin was very knowledgeable about the area and the market, as well as the houses themselves, what kind of materials may have been used based on the look of the house and when it was built, what the pros and cons of different attributes are, and more. Kevin really, really knows his stuff.The best part of Kevins involvement in the process was how he kept the mood light-hearted and made it fun. He did not try to sell us on anything we did not want, and was more than willing to adjust our search parameters when we would change our minds about what we were looking for.
