Kevin did an outstanding job for us on all fronts. Our initial consultation, and all subsequent meetings with Kevin were friendly, yet professional. He remained consistently focused on the sale of our home throughout the entire process. It was Kevin, himself, who made the initial contact with the folks who ultimately purchased our home. Before our home sold, we needed to relocate to a different part of the country. However, we always felt secure knowing that Kevin was working hard to sell our home and that he was stopping by the house several times per week to make sure that everything was in order. Kevin managed a remote closing for us, and he handled all the last-minute details associated with selling a home - things that we could not have handled on our own.Throughout the entire process, we always felt that Kevin had our best interests in mind. I would like to start by saying without Kevin this process would not have gotten done. Kevin was very attentive from beginning to end. We started the process before the Covid started and when everything started to shut down Kevin reassured me once things open up he will get us in a house. He kept his word. Kevin was punctual, and made sure I was well informed as to what I needed while seeing a house. He made sure I didnt have to think about anything other than do I like the house and if I would like to see other houses. Kevin made sure he knew the answer to the questions about the house and/or paperwork before I asked them and it was rare that I needed to ask anything. He listened to my wants and needs in a house I never had to repeat myself. The end of the process was no different Kevin always came well prepared and went over every document before I had to sign anything which made the process 100% less stressful. There were bump through this process but Kevin made the bumps feel like tiny pebbles. Thank you so much for helping me get my kids a house they can call home. Thank you for going above and beyond to make sure things got done.
