Kevin worked with us for a period of about 6 months as we saw upwards of 150 (maybe more) houses throughout Detroit before buying our first home. We were very picky and changed our mind multiple times, but Kevin only every responded with graciousness and patience. His responsiveness and attentiveness remained consistent. We began joking that it was our weekly meeting with Kevin. We always felt comfortable and safe with him, even when entering neighborhoods and houses that were abandon and run down. He was professional, kind, and knew how to direct the conversation whenever we encountered a resident, realtor, or neighbor. We made around 12 offers and counter offers, most of which bore many complications and frustrations (due to the sellers) and that were eventually denied or fell through. Whenever we wanted to make an offer he made it a priority to get it signed and sent within a few hours. Kevin was always knowledgable and responsive and able to explain things in laymans terms so we knew what was going on. He balanced leaving decisions up to us with making wise suggestions. Summed up, Kevin is everything you could want in a realtor!
