Purchasing our house Involved a special very difficult situation with a 1031 exchange and an out of state purchase. Yet we were able to contact Steven in the middle of the night and had never even met him before and Steven was right on it, not ever complaining about the time or the difficult situation involved with our purchase. We needed fast action, otherwise we would have lost our new house and Steven took the situation into his hands and got things finished right away with professionalism and giving us excellent results. I am happy to say because of him we moved into our new home in Idaho yesterday, 10/25/17.
