Our experience with Dawn was truly the best ever! The process from start to finish was flawless. We honestly believe if not for Dawn our dream home wouldn't have happen. Dawns hard work and dedication proved to be at the highest levels. Our process with her was a 100% error free and never once had second thoughts about working with Dawn. The decision to move was a difficult decision for me. Derek was extremely considerate of all of my concerns and went above and beyond to explain things to me, listen to me, and showed me much respect. He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and also a real "people person." My home sold immediately for full price!He lead me through the process step by step. I highly recommend him. He is VERY good at what he does. Professional. Honest. And he makes sure that YOU are happy and that you have a good experience throughout the buy/sell process. I admire his passion to work with all kinds of people and cultures accomodating their individual needs. He always kept me updated. The guy knows his stuff! He is a man of integrity.
