Amanda called within an hour of our expressing interest in a condo found online. We had just been preapproved for a mortgage by an online company. Amanda suggested that we contact a local lender which we also did. Amanda arranged for us to see the condo the following morning and our bid was accepted before 2 oclock that same afternoon. Amanda made sure that we had the oppportunity to be present during the home inspection.
