My Wife and I have worked with Susan as both a buyer and a seller. 5 years ago we bought our first home and we had no idea what we were doing and Susan helped us all the way through, from A to Z. This past year we listed that home with Susan and she sold it in the first few days it was on the market. She's very knowledgeable of the overall process, assertive, prompt, and has magnificent customer service skills. I always feel that she has our best interests at heart, and she does a great job of communicating honest feedback if any curve balls do come our way.
