We recently bought a home from Pida and his client, and I have to say it was the most wonderful experience we had. From the second we started to talk to Pida at the open house, we felt so comfortable and had the most pleasant conversation. I can imagine what wonderful relationships he must have with his clients, considering that we are strangers to him, and we already felt good talking to him. It was also great working with him throughout our buying process, he was quick to respond and gave us answers for every question we had, whether it was simple or complex question. Pida is down to earth, friendly and honest. He wasn't like any of those other seller agents who are so complacent. Other seller agents, should really take note and learn from him, he is a very classy gentelman. Thank you very much Mr. Pida, it was wonderful working with you.
