My husband and I purchased a home in October 2014. Ms. Forbes was our Buyer's Agent for this transaction. As I am certain others have experienced, it is exciting but a bit nerve-wracking to move to a completely different locale. Gerry took all of our worries and turned them into an amazingly positive real estate experience that worked out beautifully for all parties involved! She was considerate of our issues, very intelligent about the area- she truly knows the area very well! She gave us terrific negotiation advice and communicated with us very effectively. At every turn, Gerry made an effort to look out for our benefit. We recommend her highly and would respectfully suggest that she's a top notch agent and that she will take wonderful care of you. We'd also like to include in this review the most positive experiences we've also had with 2 other Blue Heron Realty associates: Heather Brady and Kay Lewis. We have worked extensively with Heather. She, in fact, was our first contact when we started looking in our new area. We had remembered her so favorably from our initial foray into buying that we contacted Blue Heron first, and we will always be glad we did! She is honest, professional, and extremely competent. She worked closely with Gerry and they both made our dream home a reality. Kay Lewis professionally assisted us with some paperwork issues of a sensitive nature and made us feel welcome. Her competence and kindness will always be remembered by us as well. Blue Heron Realty is a company we will highly recommend, and the aforementioned professionals Gerry, Heather and Kay we also give our highest commendation to.
