We listed our home in Gurnee for 2 months and were unsuccessful at selling it. Thats when a friend of mine mentioned about William Folger and said great things about him. We took our property off the market and contacted William. The next evening he came to see us and talked us through whatever he can offer us. We had no doubt about him or Blue Fence, after listening to him. He was so good at explaining everything.His photographer came in and took pictures of our property, and he listed our house on the market again in 2 days. A week went by with so many potential buyers coming to look at our house. In that 1 week we texted and called Will so many times and he was super patient with us. He was so approachable and so friendly. He would answer all the questions that we had. And on day 8 we had an offer for our house and that was it. The next 5 weeks passed by like a breeze and we closed on our Gurnee property and bought a new house in Naperville. He was our agent for buying the new property too.
