I've moved 14 times in my life and Colleen was the best realtor so far. She was my buyer and seller agent. At first, I was skeptical about having one person manage both. However, that concern went away as soon as we started working with her. First, I can see she is passionate about what she does. She put 150% effort in both selling our house and find our new home. Second, she did not give up or give in on negotiations. Third, she always followed up on action items and never let us fall behind - which helped us progress efficiently and timely. And fourth, she never forgot to follow up on open items...even the things we couldn't remember. So we got the best out of her. In the end, we sold our house in less than three days and we outbid the house we wanted against other bidders at the price we wanted. I can't complain. I highly recommend Colleen for her success, personality, passion, and the success she brought to us.
