I was currently out of a relationship and has just found out I was pregnant and I needed the perfect home for me and my son ! So I reached out to Eric and he did just that got me the perfect home for me and my son ! Eric is great and I would choose him over again a million times. He was a small hometown friend and I knew hed do me right just like he would for any of his clients. He puts his heart into it and does his best to get you the best. My best experience I loved about him was him actually flipping this house into a home and letting me help with little things that I wanted or liked in the home ! I would definitely recommend him to any friend or family member ! I cant wait to watch him succeed in many more sells and flipping homes. He and his wife Brady are amazing people and they have done so much for me and I could not thank them enough for all their hard work but especially Eric because as a first time buyer and being so young and not really knowing much about buying a house he broke every little detail down for me and was always so patient even if I asked the same question over and over again. He was great and helped me understand everything and got me the best deal and didnt let me just rush into the first home we looked at and settle for just something instead he got me the perfect home. Everyone should really go check him out and give him a call for any of your home buying needs ! (:
