When it came to selling our familys house, my brother and I were at a loss, because It seemed like an insurmountable task. Right about this time, my sister-in-law was looking to sell her Mother's properties. She referred me to Donnie Bennett and couldn't praise him enough for his expertise and character. I took her advice spoke to my brother, and he hired Donnie to help us sell the house which seemed impossible, but not for Donnie. We were able to sell the house in less than a month, of course with Donnie's help and leading. I can't thank him enough for what he did for our family! Donnie is a professional with a heart! I can't say enough about Donnie Bennett. His expertise, knowledge, charisma, and care for our family are so appreciated! His positive but realistic attitude helped me personally to have faith in the selling process. He helped our family find closure and peace of mind and heart knowing that this house that was at one time our home, would become a home again for some other family!

As a first time home buyer who had gone through 3 other real estate agents, I can't say enough about Donnie's care for his clients. He was there for me every step of the way from searching for a house, to attending open houses with me, providing me his unbiased opinion in helping to meet my needs, putting me in touch with other professionals to seek advice before making a final decision. Once I found a house I was ready to move forward on, he was still there guiding me through the process, not just to closing, but even still being there for me after closing, answering questions I had once in the home. He has been AMAZING! I can't say enough about how he looks out for his clients above and beyond everything else. He has even prepared me to walk away from a deal if the sellers were not reasonable or if an inspection didn't go as wished. I truly felt like I was in the best hands possible in such a stressful situation. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone!
