This is the second time I have utilized Nicci to buy/sell a home. The first time she was kind of the 'default' agent, meaning she was the agent chosen to sell our home so I went with it. I had never personally met Nicci but must say she made me fell very comfortable in the process and all through it. Not being a real estate 'guru' myself she cleared up the simplest and more complicated questions I had. Nicci made the arduous task of selling our long time family home as pleasant and comfortable as possible and looking out for us all along the way.When it was time to buy another property Nicci was my first choice. I was confident her and her team would take good care of me. The thing I appreciated the most from Nicci and Chris was their 'down to earth' approach of the business. I never felt like a 'number'. They always pointed out the pros and cons of the situation. In situations I was not clear about through the transaction they laid it out to me so it was perfectly clear. I appreciated that completely.I hope I get the opportunity to purchase other properties and if I do I know my first call. Thanks Nicci and Chris for your time and confidence.
