My husband Tom and I currently live in Indiana and are considering moving to Florida. We were interested in resales in The Villages, FL. Alex Scopino was our agent. He was very personable, professional and quite knowledgeable about the area we were looking into and even gave us pointers on how to navigate The Villages. He asked for our "wish list" and sent emails to us frequently with resale houses matching our "criteria". This saved us much time and a lot of research. We then chose the ones of most interest to us, and those were the ones we visited. We very much enjoyed working with him when we came to Florida for a short stay in February. He responded quickly to our questions and emails and set appointments convenient for us. However, we informed Alex that we must sale our home before purchasing another. We plan to put our home on the market very soon. Alex continues to send us emails on resales which we will continue to review. This is a new adventure for us and he made us feel very comfortable. We would not hesitate to use his services again.
