I feel if someone marks all excellent, they really didn't take the time to read the survey, and lazily checked off the last box. However, this is not the case with Becky...if there was another box higher than excellent, I would have selected that. Becky sets the standards high for everyone else to meet. Selling my house was a challenge, not only do I live out state but my home had been trashed by renters. Becky took over, rolled up her sleeves and got right to it. She had never met me (and still hasn't), yet she treated me like family. She went way beyond what you would do for a stranger. She got my house "sale ready", and did it with a smile. She made recommendations for our sale strategy and I put my faith and trust in her. It was a long haul, but never once did she complain,, or give up. Finally, we both received our reward when Becky sold the house. I never once lost faith in her, if anyone could sell my house, I knew it would be Becky, and cannot thank her enough for sticking it out with me. Nor could I not recommend her enough to others looking to buy or sell in the Grand Junction area. I will be looking in Florida soon for a home, and only wish I could take her with me to find my new home. Choose Becky for your realtor, and you'll never o wrong!
