Agueda Ramirez is a stellar real estate professional. She does her homework, knows New York as well as anyone (born and raised), and is also as straightforward as they come. I have observed her easily spout out details and recommendations, handle and field questions and concerns, and also observed her sense of decorum, professionalism, friendly and pleasant demeanor, and no-nonsense approach to this business. She isn't going to spin or play games with you or lead you on, just tell you like it is and help you get what you want for a fair price. She'll be there each step of the way and is thorough in her attention to detail and in following up. Apart from all this, she is just an all-around great person, and you can't go wrong with soliciting her for her services or connecting with her as a fellow professional or even as a friend. I asked her about renting and buying apartments in Manhattan, from Inwood to Central Park, and got to observe her fielding inquiries from clients, and she definitely knows her stuff. While my interest was not specific or serious, I felt I learned a lot about what it would be like to buy an apartment in Manhattan and feel that, if, in the future, I am more serious about making a specific purchase in a specific area, I have already been well-serviced by Agueda. While I did not go through with anything at this time, I will definitely consult Agueda if my interest becomes more serious in the future.
