Novica was very responsive in all levels and very thorough throughout the entire purchasing process. I originally inquired to view an apartment back in September 2019. Without hesitation, I received an immediate call and met Novica. He was very knowledgeable and informative regarding my current economic status and the market in which I was interested in finding an apartment (from the neighborhood to the boards preferences). Therefore, I postponed my search for the following new year resulting in my first offer. Novica was very consistent with following up and advising me with the necessary documents and information needed for each step of the process. Despite the current economy, he ensured I successfully passed each step of the process of purchasing a Co-Op apartment. Additionally, he was very helpful in introducing/suggesting attorneys and a loan agent he had previously coordinated with. Overall, I would definitely work with him again if I ever need to buy/sell an apartment.

As first-time homeowners, it is very important to work with someone that has not only the knowledge all real estate agents have but we also found more important to work with someone that takes the time to know the clients, your needs, your preferences, offers you pieces of advice and is respectful with your time and decisions, and my husband and I agreed that Marisol is that person. We enjoyed very much working with her because after having the chance to meet other real estate agents we could see how patient, thoughtful and helpful she could be. She was patient with the thousands of questions we had, responsive to all our calls, messages and emails, very very organized with all the information she provided to make our understanding easier and more effective and also was flexible with our diverse work schedules. I will also add as a plus that as English was not my first language, it was helpful for me to have some answers in Spanish to better understand parts of the process that were confusing to us.
