My wife and I have used Ryan several times (buying and selling) over the course of the last 6 or so years. We would recommend Ryan to anyone without hesitation. In fact, we recommended Ryan to a few friends and coworkers and they all had as positive of an experience as we did. Ryan was always there to show us a property and quick to let us know when we had showings/offers. He's extremely knowledgeable of the real estate market for the past, present, and future and can nail down what a house is worth with extreme accuracy. The thing that separates Ryan from the countless other realtors is his honesty. He's such a down to earth individual that never puts pressure on you and fights for you every step of the process. You walk away from the experience feeling as if you have known him a lifetime. Ryan Birdsong sets the bar high and we have yet to encounter another realtor that comes anywhere close to Ryan (we have used several before we met Ryan). Unfortunately, we moved out of Texas a few months ago, but Ryan sold our home while we were in a completely different state. Ironically enough, he helped us buy that same house several years back. If we ever move back to Texas, you can guarantee we will be calling Ryan to find us a home. Buying and/or selling a home can be overwhelming. You need someone like Ryan to be in your corner. That is the honest truth!
