This review is long overdue for Myesha Davis with Birddog Real Estate Group. She is knowledgeable, professional, her response to concerns are immediate. My experience with her has been awesome. She sends short video messages to introduce herself or to provide explanations. She truly listens to your concerns. She is truly the best you will not regret doing business with her. This is long but the impact the Myesha has made in my life deserves more than just a paragraph. I just want people to know how wonderful Myesha Davis truly is. This is someone that is a relationship builder and that is worth more than money. I have never met her in person she has made such an impact in my life. Our relationship started back in February 2020 she reached out to me on LinkedIn with an offer for for home financing information for healthcare professionals. During that time my mother was ill and I was considering buying a larger home to care for her. I responded to Myisha she immediately responded and provided me with options. It was not exactly what I had envisioned and I didnt have a lot of time to go out and look as it was during Covid and I was very careful about being out and exposed. Myesha sent videos and her website is awesome and I was able to gather a lot of great information. In December 2020, after my mom passed away, I had to file probate and there was some family conflict regarding my momaEUR~s home that I was dealing with. I immediately thought of Myisha Davis and our previous interaction and how responsive she was. I reached out to her. She immediately responded and went over some of the possibilities. I even considered selling my momaEUR~s home. She did an awesome presentation video doing a market analysis of the comps with pictures of Mommys house. She provided great information so I was could make a better decision. I was so impressed. I was so stressed and distraught about the situation, because I didnt really want to sell. Myesha took the time to talk to me about the process of possible foreclosure and explained a possible partition suit and all possible options. She then referred me to an attorney who would be able to provide me with additional legal information in order to better assist me. She reached out to check on me to let me know to contact her with any concerns. I met with the attorney and our interaction was just as awesome as my interaction with Myesha. He was able to explain the possibilities from a legal standpoint. He gave some great information and advised me on different options. In October 2022, my family and I were able to come up with a final agreement and I was able to keep my mothers home. Again I needed some assistance with finding some information about refinancing. I thought about Myesha. She immediately responded and provided me with a contact for financing with guaranteed rate that group is amazing!! I was able to talk with the Michele Moore to discuss mortgage options and really be informed. During our conversations I felt that a line of credit would benefit me more than a refinance. Michelle referred me to someone else that would better help my situation. It is so wonderful to meet people that love what they do they go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. It is an awesome experience I felt valued as a customer, especially in my difficult situation. Myesha Davis, with Birddog Real Estate Group has made a huge impact in my life and I have never met her in person!!!!! That is powerful!! I thank God for allowing me the opportunity to meet her. She is truly a blessing and I would recommend Birddog Realty Group to everyone. I am in search of additional properties and I am confident that Myesha will continue assist with my needs. This relationship will last a lifetime!! That is priceless!
