Colleen's goal-oriented actions made selling my home the easiest real estate transaction I have ever been a part of! She took the time to listen to my plan and goals, combined them with her incredible knowledge of the area's real estate market, and came to our first meeting with a detailed, worked-out proposal for the entire process. She readily walked me through any/everything I had a question about and never made me feel rushed or like I was asking questions I shouldn't need to. Even though I had already moved across the country and was coordinating things remotely, she actively coached me to get my home show-ready sooner than originally planned! We were able to place the house on the market the weekend before originally intended, and both Saturday and Sunday of that first weekend she hosted an open house. Monday she called to present MULTIPLE full-price offers for us to review! Her marketing skills and commitment to the reality and truth of the real estate market allowed us to accept an offer (within 48 hours of listing!) that we could not be happier or more comfortable with. Even now, after the contract has been signed, she remains present and readily available to us should we have any questions/concerns-a rare, but genuinely appreciated quality.
