Oh my Lord, Colleen was Godsent! when we concluded it was time to sell our house, it was 6am that morning and we decided to text all the 5 realtors several people in our neighborhood recommended. Colleen was the only one who texted us right back, we spoke a little bit and she scheduled a meeting. she was out of town so before the meeting, we got to interview the 4 other realtors , met with everyone of them, discussed in detail our goals, plans, and they got to share with us their procedures and how things will go. Honestly, we weren't comfortable and hoped we would find a realtor who will meet our specific needs. Then it was Colleen's turn to meet with us. The moment she walked through the door, i knew she was the one. She was on time, gave a short nice presentation, her figures looked workable, and she was patient through all of our multiple questions.We signed her, listed the house, and guess what? the very first person who saw the house, was the one who finally bought it, and at the right price in that market(middle of winter). it wasnt so smooth as it may sound, but Collen is one heck of a negotiator, and she puts your interest first. she made everything look so easy, sold that house and we closed on the new house the very next day. she would review every single document before we sign it, keep contacting the title companies to be sure we had no unwanted surprises in the end, she would call just to check up on us and the kids during the showings which was not easy with the cold, she was with us through it all. Words cannot express how grateful we are for what she did for us. If you are looking for a realtor who is RELIABLE, KNOWLEDGEABLE and SMART, Colleen is your girl.
