Sherry helped me sell my large family home after a divorce and the process was painless and very efficient. Better yet, when I found a brand new listing on a Friday at 4:45 and knew there would be several interested buyers, I asked her to prepare an offer that I could hand the listing agent when I went to see the property the next morning at 9AM! Sometimes you just know that a certain home is meant to be yours. Sure enough, there were a whopping 13 offers made and I'm thrilled that Sherry jumped on my request so I was able to make that house my home for myself and my two daughters. I don't know of anyone else that would have responded in the lightning fast manner that she did and without that response, I would not be in a home I absolutely adore!
