Julie is terrific. Her real estate experience really showed through on every aspect of my home sale and home purchase. On the sale side she was able to get top dollar for my home. On the purchase side Julie was very patient. She spent a good deal of time helping find the right home and negotiating on a very good purchase price. I am currently enjoying the instant equity :)? I have recommended her to many friends and I have not heard any negative feedback, so that combined with her may years as an agent tells me that my transactions with Julie were not just an anomaly. She has also been instrumental in assisting friends that have needed to find a quality agent outside of the San Diego County area and even out of state! I have used other agents in the past and they were good, but Julie took it up to a higher level and I can?t imagine ever having to look for another agent.
