When we moved from Washington state to Tennessee we were new to the area and didnt know much about living in the south. A family member recommended Vickie McBryar; and we are so glad they did. Vickie contacted us right away and helped us define what we were looking for. She was able to inform us about many things concerning this region - she seemed to be knowledgeable in many areas pertaining to real estate and the area in general. When we found our home we were very thankful that we had Vickie advocating for us. The seller of our home had an agent team that kept dropping the ball during the sale. Vickie was able to keep them on task and also steered us through some murky legalities that we could have never been able to handle on our own.
