Chad was a big help with our home buying and selling experience he is very knowledgeable and is willing to help out on late notice no matter the time of day or night. I can be very stubborn on fighting for things I feel aren't fair when dealing with contractors and even when Chad had gone back and forth with them on our behalf half a dozen times in one day if I asked him to contact them again he would without hesitation. We hit road block after road block with both of our transactions wether it was sellers agents not doing their job, sellers not leaving their homes after closing dates, shady contractors trying to do unnecessary repairs, buyer's lenders giving us problems it didn't matter he handled it all going above and beyond his required duties. Chad was the only saving grace in our home buying and selling experience I would recommend Chad at any time.
