After listing our Beach house last year with another agent having lots of showings but very little follow up on his end, we decided to take it off the market.A friend of ours told us about Carol and how amazing she was and assured us we would love her and she would get our house sold. Carol assured us that our house would sell! The quality that she put into our listing from the photos, the videos, and where she had advertised were phenomenal. Carol followed up with everyone who looked at the house and gave us feedback. Within a month she had our house sold and we got near listing price. Carols professionalism did not stop there, her follow up and attention to details for the closing were spot on. We will be buying a new shore house within the next six months and the only person I would even consider buying from would be Carol. She simply is amazing.
