I got the pleasure to work with Ashley after being in Las Vegas for a month and firing two other agents (both found on YouTube). He was recommended by someone who had purchased a home a couple years prior. Ashley was energetic and tuned-in to the minimum requirements I had for the home I was willing to purchase, even the daft requirement that there be a room large enough for an indoor driving range. We ended up purchasing a home that was currently being built and Ashley was forefront in all the meetings asking questions that I was thinking and even those I hadn?t thought to ask. Ashley was engaged for the entire 3.5 months it took to finish the home and would routinely call to ensure that I didn?t have any fears or concerns. Additionally, he was enthusiastic to attend all of the inspections that were required for a new build. I?ve bought and sold 6 homes and only used the same realtor once to do both; Ashley will be the second if he is still in the business in 20 years.

Ashley was a fantastic realtor for my wife and me while looking for a house. We werent sure whether to buy a resale or a new house. We got in contact with him through Zillow on a Friday morning, he quickly made a time-efficient plan to view a variety of houses we were interested in as well as others that were similar and worked through the weekend. He took us through 5x the amount of houses and locations that my wife and I could have done on our own. He then spent as much time as we needed helping us refine our search until we were happy. He was by our side for the entire buying process and was always readily available with expert advice or would deep dive issues to provide a solution. He absolutely simplifies the complex process of house hunting / homebuying. I couldnt give a higher recommendation for Ashley. My wife and I plan to use him again when we sell our house in a couple years.
