My husband and I moved to Gainesville in April of 2017 and were renting that year. Once we realized we were going to be here permanently (and they were raising our rent), we decided to explore our options of purchasing a home. I sent a simple inquiry about a house I found online and Taymour responded within the hour.He was extremely professional and took time to talk to us about what our budget would be and what we were looking for, and even though it was small (at or less than $100,000), he was still willing to work with us and did not push us off as a second priority. He was always available if we had any questions and found places we wanted to see. He would line something up as quickly as possible so we could go visit the home and would schedule a few extra properties in that area that he thought we might be interested in seeing. Houses in Gainesville go extremely fast, example: we visited a property right as it was coming on the market and the next day when we put in an offer, there were already several other offers (we ended up not getting that house). However, Taymour kept working and a home that one of his other clients was in the process of purchasing became available after the deal fell through. He immediately got us in to tour the home and helped us put together an offer.Our offer was accepted and Taymour continued working hard and moving forward getting an inspection scheduled, appraisal and working with our mortgage lender.We have never worked with a real estate agent before, but we had gone into it dreading it because of what some people told us. We were so unbelievably surprised and delighted at how professional, prompt and exceptional Taymour was in helping us purchase our first home. I don't think I could write enough words of praise about how great he was!
