I've been meaning to post this review for quite awhile, but as we all know life gets crazy. We started working with Cole Cook back in November of 2016. I had reached out to him for some basic information and he was incredibly informative and patient with us. A few months later after creating a personalized website link with homes for us, we started getting serious about the home buying process. He gave us an excellent lender recommendation and was so attentive to our changing needs every step of the way. After a pretty major hiccup in our budget process he work really hard to encourage us to not be discouraged and really put in a 100% effort into finding us a home that met our personal and financial needs. In February of this year we found a house that we would at least consider after going through dozens that didn't quite make the cut. It was the first house we viewed in person and Cole was on top it! He knew so much about the area, and really helped us out when it came to the "little things" like is this house a reasonable buy, what's your general opinion and so on. Well we decided then and there with his help that this house was the house for us. He was very encouraging and shared the same excitement as we did about finding a house that fit all of our needs. He was also very quick to help us get into the contracting and closing stages of home buying. Any questions we had, big or small, day or night he was right there with answers or would work hard to get them. He knew our personal time schedule and worked diligently to ensure that it was met, in fact we were able to close even earlier than predicted which was great! On March 10th we sat down with Cole and signed the title work for our first home. The home that will see us through birthdays, holidays, an upcoming marriage. He worked so hard even after closing on our home to ensure we were happy and settling in okay. Cole is not only in my opinion an excellent realtor, but a great friend. He's a truly wholesome, hardworking gentleman. I easily give him 5+ stars and would highly recommend him for your reality needs. Thank you, Cole!
