I was moving to College Station from out of state. I called BCR after finding a few rental properties to potentially rent. They gave me Neetu's phone number which I called. She was very nice and seemed more than willing to help. We set up a time and date when I would be in town (I had to fly in). The morning of the showing, she texted me to confirm that we would still be meeting at a specific address. I replied that we had not discussed that address and I was interested in the other 2 addresses that we had discussed. She asked me when my flight was leaving that day as she had not set up a time with the tenants like she had initially said she was going to (I'm not sure where the miscommunication occurred because I had given her the property addresses I was interested in a week prior). She said that she would see if she could fit me in earlier. I never recevied a response. Needless to say, I did not see her properties and ended up doing business with another helpful realtor that typically does not do rental properties. I would not recommend Neetu or BCR for that matter. I was very disappointed, especially since I flew in to College Station and was left hanging. From my experience, it appears that since rental property thrives in College Station, customer service is out the window and "realtors" are more concerned on filling up the properties instead of offering good customer service.
