Neetu not only loves what she does, she is very good at it. Her insight into people and the market was evident in out first meeting. Neetu helped me find my house and also when I sold it two years later. She is the full package and could not have asked for a better partner in my home need. Neetu took the time to get to know me and my needs. I She then narrowed the field and we found a place relatively quickly. Neetu's knowledge of the area and all the related contacts helped me close on the purchase in record time. When I needed to sell my home, I already started my new position. Neetu helped with all the negotiations when things looked like the deal might fall through. Her contacts helped resolve minor issues with the home. The sale went through seamlessly. I highly recommend Neetu if you are in the market to buy or sell your home. She cares about her clients and goes above and beyond the call of duty to make things happen.

I was moving to College Station from out of state. I called BCR after finding a few rental properties to potentially rent. They gave me Neetu's phone number which I called. She was very nice and seemed more than willing to help. We set up a time and date when I would be in town (I had to fly in). The morning of the showing, she texted me to confirm that we would still be meeting at a specific address at a street I had never even heard of or spoken to her about. I replied that we had not discussed that address and I was interested in the other 2 addresses that we had discussed. She told me that 1 of the 2 we had initially discussed was already rented, but the 2nd one she could show me later on in the day. I told her I could not see it later on in the day because I was flying out, which is why I had the early 11:00AM appointment booked with her. She asked me when my flight was leaving that day as she had not set up a time with the tenants like she had initially said she was going to (I'm not sure where the miscommunication occurred because I had given her the property addresses I was interested in a week prior). She said that she would see if she could fit me in earlier. I never received a response on an earlier to time to look at the property. Needless to say, I did not see her properties and ended up doing business with another helpful realtor that typically does not do rental properties. I would not recommend Neetu or BCR for that matter. I was very disappointed, especially since I flew in to College Station and was left hanging. I did not receive good customer service.
