Annette rates 5 Stars PLUS! We wanted a waterfront home in the Beaufort area and she helped us find the perfect house, far better than our hopes and vision and less than our budget. Her knowledge of the market, area, and process can only be described as astounding. She took care of the smallest of details to make the purchase process smooth and calming. She referred us to other local companies for the legal, title, home inspection, survey work and they ALL proved to be ultimately professional, thorough reasonably priced, caring, and easy to work with.She has a caring personality and charm you seldom find. She listens to what you want and more importantly translates and adds to it in the reality of the area. She simply IS the agent you want to work with and represent you in the Beaufort area. Everybody seems to be a realtor these days, but she sets the standard and the bar is high. True review - she worked her fanny off for us!

Julianne is a very knowledgeable and experienced realtor.
