To all military members - Annette Bryant is absolutely the best agent you can have.My story: the property located in SC was a rental home that we hadn't seen in 10 years but had used a property manager to mange. We were currently retiring from Japan (13 hours time difference) and wanted to sell this rental before we built a new home in FL. We knew there'd be some challenges but I asked Annette if she could sell it with a small profit but fast so it wouldn't drag muddy our financing for our new home.She took the project on despite knowing the complete picture. She stated she was intimately familiar with the community and contractors as well as property management. She immediately got a great offer from another military family. But the home inspection showed that our home needed:1. A new roof2. A new HVAC3. Replace the plumbing in entire house4. Repair leaks5. Rip out and replace the subfloor in bathroom due to toilet leak over years6. Get termite report clear7. And the list goes on and on and on...If I were, I would have politely told me that it was beyond the scope of her work. But for whatever reason, a glutton for punishment or just a professional looking out for overseas military families she played General Contractor for the next two months getting multiple bids on each project, sending them to me, explaining them to me, reviewing the contractors work each day (even so much as counting their materials), had to fire one contractor that kept "finding more stuff to do" etc. She did this and kept me abreast each and every time there was a change despite me being in Japan the entire time.21K in repairs later, I realize that I could NOT HAVE SOLD THIS HOUSE WITHOUT ANNETTE BRYANT. The lack of upkeep on my property manager's part turned our rental into a money pit that Annette managed to repair, fix, and sell in 60 days all the while with me half a world away.If you are military or just want the best agent in town, I cannot stress enough Annette will ensure you get a good deal, explain all the reasons behind any recommendation she makes, and sell that house. Her 6% commission was earned twice over this time.
