April was so helpful! My husband is in the military and we were stationed overseas with orders to come back to the states. I saw April's Facebook page and decided to contact her about buying a house. Within a few days she gave us information on loan officers and began sending us video tours of some houses that we were interested in, all while we were overseas and almost a whole day ahead in time! She was so responsive and knew the local area very well and gave solid advice on the homes that we were looking at. Finally we found a home that was in our price range and that we loved, and began the process to buy it. April was there every step of the way and helped us finalize everything. We were able to get in our new home two days after we moved and we really love the house that she helped us find. I would use her again and again! She was great to work with!
