We worked with Kay for our cross country move which was quite complicated and had many moving parts. Kay was very organized and everything that needed to be done for the purchase of our new home was done expertly and on time. Kay is very knowledgeable of the local area and we saw houses that fit the profile of what we were looking for.We were in a situation of contingent offers for the house Kay helped us purchase and also on the house we sold on the other side of the country. Contingent offers are not strong offers and our sellers hesitated at times during the process as we had to extend our closing date twice. Kay did a magnificent job of negotiating with the sellers and their realtor so that in the end, we were able to get the house that we wanted. In a housing market that moves quickly with many buyers in the market, those strong negotiation skills are an invaluable asset. And we have Kay to thank for the successful purchase of our house!
